Stupid Idea: Introducing the Solar-Powered Flashlight

Yeah right! Who would buy a solar-powered flashlight? Better yet, who would check during a bright sunny day to make sure this eco-friendly beacon of hopelessness is charged up? Not me. Not anyone. I'd rather stumble around blindly in the dark.

I have a lot of posts for your psych ward blog.;) I'm glad you see my point on this. Folks on BC began attacking my post on the board for not thinking environmentally. A solar flashlight isn't "global". Solar heating a home or buying a hybrid is eco-friendly. A solar-powered flashlight? A dull idea, indeed.

I totally agree with you about the Solar powered flashlight. It's like an oxymoron (hm. if I'm using the word correctly).

An oxymoron? When you rely on a sunlit flashlight, you bet.;) Deb?

The worst has to be those flashlights that you have to shake for like 5 minutes in order to get 30 seconds of light. My father bought a fricken truckload of them! ha! Stupid inventions!!!
